BRIEFLY: Our goal is to assist self-employed employers - both public and private - in reducing the cost of their medical benefits program, with a dual emphasis on using a national prescription drug coalition to deliver best in industry contract terms and pricing for PBM services, and deploying our unique Rx clinical management program that reduces the wasted costs borne by self-funded plans and Trusts because of inefficient prescribing patterns of attending physicians. EXPERIENCE: Over 35 years working in the self-funded employee benefits world, both in managing a Third Party Administrator and helping clients implement new, progressive strategies designed to save money and improve the quality of outcomes for the covered people. WHAT WE DO: Offer self-funded employers a portfolio of effective cost saving programs and strategies that reduce benefit costs without reducing the benefits to the covered people. HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT: We are not insurance brokers or benefit consultants. Our only focus is the identification and utilization of cost savings tools and programs that help the employer keep costs under control and benefits meaningful for their people. HOW WE GET PAID: All compensation is fully disclosed and transparent. For example we do not accept any compensation from the PBM that is the vendor to the national coalition.
