Gerry is a hands-on senior business leader with a track record of delivering growth at multiple technology companies through a unique skill set of operations and financial leadership, product management, corporate development and strategy, and successful process and systems transformation projects. At Eagle Automation, Gerry supported the operations team engaged in rapid business growth while delivering automation products and solutions for customers accelerating their digital transformation efforts. The business is built on a foundation of strong core values and a shared belief to operate in a safe and environmentally sensitive manner while providing exceptional customer engagement. At Detechtion Technologies, Gerry collaborated initially with a small private equity deal team to build the strategy and landscape vision to target a technology space, and then connected the team with over 50 target companies. Ultimately the team completed two transformative acquisitions, building one of the most compelling SaaS Internet of Things Platforms in the industry. Prior to this, Gerry was VP of Global Product Management at P2 Holdings, leading a team of product managers to deliver product strategy and vision, strong revenue growth, and multiple acquisitions resulting in great exits for two separate ownership groups. Gerry’s functional expertise includes extensive financial, budgeting and planning and analytical skills; a strong process and continuous improvement orientation; leadership, strategy and communication abilities developed in multiple senior leadership and team mentoring roles; and a great ability to liaison with a Board of Directors, leadership teams, employees and customers.
