My background: • I worked in the field of Mental Health for many years. • I was an Osteopath and Naturopath for decades. • I have trained in many health modalities. I now work with a raft of approaches that are highly effective and bring solid, dependable results. • I specialise in mitigating on the one hand, emotional and physical pain, and on the other hand, the deleterious effects of one’s limiting beliefs and attitudes.
