After a remarkable career at IBM where I held a number of instrumental roles in Finance, M&A, Strategy, Transformation and Business Development, I have spent the last decade helping mid-market companies improve performance and sell their business. As Partner and Co-founder of Stage Left Partners, a trusted M&A Advisory firm and Management Consultancy for mid-market companies, I leverage this experience to strategically negotiate on behalf of my clients. Adept at combining strategy and execution to drive strategic initiatives, I draw from a deep well of learning and knowledge that I’ve gained through the execution of countless complex mergers and deals. A shrewd business strategist, I define goals and develop unique initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved. At Stage Left, I lead the financial aspects of our successful M&A deals. I work with owners to understand their business in great detail and then create meaningful strategic models, preparing the business for sale involving all aspects, including tax planning and detailed closure terms and conditions. I also take the lead on our due diligence processes, ensuring that every deal is sound.
