Project Manager / Project Architect with over 35 years experience specializing in new and modernized multi-phase K-12 educational facilities, and maintenance/operations facilities using DB, GCCM and Design/Bid/Build delivery methods in all phases including: Pre-planning, Facility Analysis, Budget Analysis, Schedule Analysis, Design, Documentation, Bidding and Construction Administration. Extensive experience with the agency submittal processes including SEPA, CUP, variances, public hearing, health dept and building permit. Also well versed with the OSPI construction funding and D-form process, WSSP and LEED.
