About Gerry Visco
We founded Forest Ridge Landscaping Inc. in Over two decades, we scaled the business within the outdoor maintenance design, build, and service industry to be one of the leading companies in the GTA. In 2021 we were one of the first companies to achieve COR certification in Ontario. In November of 2021, we joined Urban Life Solutions with branches in Alberta, Saskatoon, and Ontario, intending to provide maintenance, including design-build projects across Canada and the United States. We currently have hundreds of team members and sub-trade partners across the country. As the current General Manager of the GTHA, I am involved in the mentorship of the next generation of team members to continue exceptional services across North America. Currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at the University of Fredericton. The combination of a Master of Fine Arts and an EMBA coupled with work experience in the field has allowed me to work through challenges in the workplace from differing angles, coming up with alternate solutions to achieving team goals.
