Gerry Walker is currently Chief Revenue Officer at HomeLend, Inc. HomeLend is a direct marketplace for mortgages, which provides a single point of access to an extensive network of whole loan Lenders and Investors. HomeLend facilitates locks (mutual purchase and sale commitments) based on a sophisticated, analytics-based pricing engine, enabling smarter pricing for investors and more product and liquidity avenues for lenders. HomeLend manages the purchase process from Lock, through due diligence all the way to funding, in a frictionless, safe, and hassle-free manner - offering a remarkably cost-effective, highly customizable end-to-end virtual conduit for buyers and sellers. The Platform relies on a stringent counterparty certification process and the highest-quality underwriting and due diligence standards. Gerry was previously engaged in Fixed Income Sales & Trading where he was most recently a Managing Director and head of Americas Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) Sales at Bank of America Securities. Gerry and his team of 220 salespeople worked across the firm’s global markets and banking platforms to develop and distribute investing, hedging, optimizing and financing solutions for all client segments including financial institutions, asset managers and corporations. Prior to his broader role managing Americas FICC Sales, Gerry's career was centered in the credit space where he was head of Global Credit and Special Situation Sales (GCSS). In this role Gerry directed a team of 100 salespeople across the Americas, EMEA and APAC to distribute all of Bank of America's credit products including IG, High Yield, Leveraged Loans, Distressed and CLO's. Previous to taking on the global sales management role, Gerry managed Americas Credit Sales at Bank of America. Prior to joining Bank of America, Gerry was at Deutsche Bank, where he was most recently head of Americas Credit Sales. His earlier roles included Head of Leveraged Loan Sales and Head of Global Leveraged Loan Sales & Trading. Previously, Gerry worked in high yield sales.
