Starting as a factory floor operator, I worked shift by shift, system by system, until I found myself driving enterprise-level transformation in regulated environments. Now, I specialize in delivering execution discipline where it matters most: on the floor, in the data, and across the leadership table. I blend Lean, Change Management, and digital enablement to unlock margin, stabilize variability, and accelerate value creation, especially in high-mix, high-complexity environments where standard playbooks fall short. At Haleon, I led a Changeover Reduction initiative that boosted OEE by over 5 points in less than a year. Before that, I led the redesign of aerospace value streams and delivered $5M+ in annualized savings. From system design to frontline capability building, I focus on embedding habits that last, long after the consultants roll off. I'm an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, currently completing my B.S. in Supply Chain and Operations Management at WGU.
