About Gershon Weiser

I always had a passion for machinery and engineering, seeing equipment as a window to the future and a way to simplify the things made by man. While I never worked at a warehouse, my years at Prime Packaging have given me the skills to understand the very workings of most warehouse machinery, using my knowledge to impact production and innovate with the most unique packaging solutions available. Throughout my years at Prime, we entered partnerships with some of the leading brands in automation, such as Sealed air, RoboPac and 3M. I’ve personally helped clients switch from manpower to automation, adapting Prime’s mindset of ‘filling a need’ with every sale. More than just a sales associate, I see myself as a back end assistant, helping customers manufacture faster, produce more and package better. My very first sales criteria is honesty, being a genuine people’s person and constantly working on improved options for my clients. At Prime, culture and values precede every sale and I’m fortunate to be a part of the growing network of sales associates, project managers and facility crews. Together, we work toward more efficient packaging solutions across corrugated, corrugated wax, plastic, e-commerce and automation departments.
