Starting my career in tech recruitment, I had the opportunity to find scarce talent, women leaders in tech, and unique career paths across the globe. Living and working abroad in dynamic markets has been one of my most transformative experiences. From leading a team of 30+ recruiters in Ethiopia to supporting global client success in the Caribbean’s banking sector, my journey has deepened my understanding of diverse leadership and how it shapes the future of organizations.
