I have a strong background in EAM, having worked as a consultant, trainer, and product owner with various clients in different industries. My passion is to help customers achieve their business goals by delivering high-quality training and education on IFS products and best practices. I believe that customer experience is the key to success in any EAM project, and that product adoption is essential for the maturity of EAM processes and capabilities. In my role as the head of the Academy, I oversee the development and delivery of multi language e-learning content, documentation, translation, and certification programs for IFS Ultimo customers, partners, and employees. I also collaborate with product managers, developers, and consultants to ensure that our training content is aligned with the latest product features and customer needs.
