Welcome to my LinkedIn page. I'm a process thinker with 25+ years of experience and a background in people-centered work. I'm a natural solution-oriented improver, and I don't just help improve processes, but also make work more human, efficient, and enjoyable. Simplifying complex processes and getting people enthusiastically involved in the change. I connect technology with people. My strengths are- Providing practical solutions (problem-solving skills)- Seeing how things can be done faster/better (creative decisiveness)- Providing structure (analytical and communicative)- Understanding the end-user's needs. I'm deeply interested in depth, meaning, and growing in consciousness. In addition to my education, training, and masterclasses, I've learned a great deal from various teachers from other cultures. Tribal elders, medicine men and women, and "Elders" from, e.g. Maori people, Mexica - and North American indigenous people.
