About Getha Greeff

An articulate, confident, and results orientated individual who has extensive knowledge of the planning and PMO environments within projects. Over the past 17 years, I have covered a variety of roles, including planning, scheduling & coordination related roles. I started with a career at Veolia Water (previously known as Three Valleys Water) in the UK as Planning Analyst, then moved into a Project Management Assistant role working in a team responsible for planning and managing extensive schedule & cost-driven projects. I led the Project Management Tools team at Vocalink and then moved on to Close Brothers Premium Finance, as a PMO Analyst working on two large Change Programmes. After that, I moved to the Lloyds Banking Group within Digital Infrastructure and Infrastructure Connect teams as a PMO Analyst. In January 2020, I became a mother to a baby boy, Thomas. I was on maternity leave until November 2020. I joined Lloyds Banking Group again as a PMO Analyst on the Group Decommissioning Programme and then moved to the Control Centre with the Technical Optimisation Programme. I left Lloyds at the beginning of November 2021 when I welcomed a baby girl, Alexis, into the world. Lloyds Banking Group welcomed me back in July 2022 where I started a role as a Senior PMO Analyst working on the company’s Data Centre Strategy Programme. My predominant focus lies in the PMO environment, looking at project governance and coordination. I have a solid ability to work with people, as my communication skills are of a high standard. Over the years, I have become involved in many computer and management-related projects. Experienced soft skills developed over many years of customer-facing roles that allow fluid communication at any level, from senior stakeholders to team managers.
