With over 12 years of experience in the fields of actuarial science, financial risk and Human Resources, I am a passionate HR professional currently leading Total Rewards in Club Med. With my team we set the frame and execute Compensation, Benefits, International Mobility, HR controlling and Payroll. My mission with the team is to strategically and operationally support and consult the business, providing solutions that anticipate and solve current and future business challenges. I am passionate about leveraging data and analytics to inform decision making, optimize rewards, and enhance talent management. In my previous roles, I consulted HRBPs and senior leaders in order to effectively manage HR challenges in periods of high growth and talent shortage, as well as in cyclical downturns, in highly competitive markets such as Semiconductors in China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and the USA. I designed and implemented targeted HR solutions in the areas of rewards, performance management, succession management, headcount management and hiring strategy, role framework development, grading and benchmark analysis, and compensation strategy. I use my skills in actuarial science, financial risk, and people analytics to deliver high-quality results and add value to the business.
