About Geury Cabrera

I built my foundation in high-accountability security roles—federal facilities, high-stakes environments, and positions where discipline, precision, and reliability aren’t optional. That background hardened my mindset and sharpened my decision-making.Now I’m applying that same intensity, focus, and operational discipline to business acquisitions.I specialize in identifying underperforming small businesses with strong fundamentals, negotiating deals with owners, and creating long-term value through smart, hands-on operational improvement.I’m actively building a portfolio under Cabrera Holdings, focused on acquiring stable, cash-flowing service-based companies. I bring a no-nonsense QLA approach: clear communication, decisive execution, and zero tolerance for excuses.Security taught me discipline. Acquisitions give me the arena.I’m here to buy, build, and scale.
