As an Construction Manager and Architect I combine my passion for design and my expertise in Construction Management to deliver high-quality construction projects. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Academy Of Architecture and I pursued a Master's in Project Management with a concentration in Construction from Northeastern University. I have over four years of experience in the construction industry working in various roles such as Founder Project Lead and Assistant Project Manager. In my most recent role founded and led Jacob Design Company a design and construction firm that specialized in residential and commercial projects. I was responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion managing budgets timelines and quality standards. I also supervised and coordinated a team of architects engineers contractors and suppliers ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Some of my notable achievements include securing and delivering a large contract for a hotel renovation increasing the firm's revenue by 50% in the first year and obtaining multiple certifications in risk and quality management. I am driven by the challenge of creating innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of clients and stakeholders. I have excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills as well as a keen eye for detail and design. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and efficiency.
