As ISO 27001 certified Lead Auditor I'm able to establish and constantly review the ISMS of large organizations. I'm part of the global team External Certifications & Audits at SAP, I'm located in Brno, Czechia. Major personal achievement: I've never lost an audit. 10+ years in the Audit & Risk Management area: I built up and strengthened my knowledge in this field mostly in the IT Security, specifically in the Banking Industry, while supporting at IBM one of the leading EU financial institution and worldwide key player of the financial market, Deutsche Bank. At Oracle, I was dealing with the HDS - Hébergeur de Données de Santé certification, which regulates the Healthcare Industry of France, based on the Public Health Code established by the French Government in the Act I was also working on SecNumCloud requirements, to obtain the SCN qualification on the French Public Sector, from the Cyber-Security National Agency of France, ANSSI. At SAP deepened my knowledge on Cloud Security, specifically related to Regulatory field, External Audit and Certification area. At SAP I am dealing with the HDS certification process, with the Sovereign Cloud environment's audits (ISO & SOC2 for UK, Canada, ANZ) and I'm also dealing with the FSEC financial sector regulatory audits of South Korea. 12+ years of experience of Project Management in the field of Media & PR: I led several projects, gained relevant experience in resource management, budgeting and project delivery. The projects were mainly focusing on culture, multicultural behavior, Media and Publishing. My main working characteristics identified are- how to build up a team, based on the stakeholders' and the project's need- how to maintain the desirable balance between cost efficiency and quality- based on market analysis I can identify and propose new services / products for the customer. At IBM I strengthened my knowledge of building teams in a multicultural environment, and as Trainer, Quality Analyst and Client Support Manager I responded to many challenges considering BAU service delivery. I have overall 20+ years of practice in communication that gave the basis of developing strong customer service skills; I can deliver a solution to the stakeholders based on analysis of the scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables. I can effectively communicate with the customer/stakeholders, also with the project team, other subcontractors. My exceptional team leader skills and people management practice are always combined with my personal commitment of delivering best quality service.
