Coaches & Leads all Branch personnel. Assist the VP of Sales & Service in development of goals, analyzing results, making adjustments when goals are not met and developing new strategies to improve the sales process. Drive a successful process with Service Coordinators & Assistant Branch Managers on a consistent basis to make sure that the branch goals are met. Ensures that the branch meets and exceeds its goals by leading by example training and consistent coaching strategies. Assigns, coordinates, and monitors workflow and productivity to ensure high levels of accuracy, quality and quantity are maintained.Successfully proven to build and maintain relationships with SEG groups and local businesses within the branch community.Contribute to significantly increase in Credit Union’s $1 Billion in assets by leading a team that has successfully met goals on a consistent basis.How I spend my time:20% of my time is dedicated to training and coaching the staff. Ongoing training and refresher courses for the staff. Ongoing daily coaching the staff to their maximum performance. 25% of my time dedicated to Management and leading the Team. Leadership in the branch is exemplified daily to make sure the daily operations are run smoothly and well orchestrated. Coordinating with other departments on day to day operation with the main focus on our members. 25% of my time is the Production. Leading the Team by example and performing second to none member service. My main focus is our members, and being the Advocate for them. Finding ways to improve their lives by Identifying our member needs and offering them the right solution to those needs. Making sure that all staff members are following that example and raising the bar higher every day to be The recognized leader in the community. Community outreach and business development. Attending after work activities to promote Credit Union brand and building new business relationships. 30% of my time is my Family and friends. Spending as much time as I can after work with my wife and two kids. Making sure to be there for them, and help guide my two kids with their school work and after school activities. Playing soccer with my son, hiking, biking, going to the beach or just doing work around the house with my family gives me joy and also gets me recharged for the following work day. Life-work balance is key to being productive in life.
