I am a results-driven professional with a diverse background and a passion for optimizing operations. My educational journey has equipped me with four certificates in supply chain management, warehouse management, flow mapping by value stream mapping (VSM), and purchasing from the Mediterranean Institution of New Technologies (IMNT), as well as a Professional Certificate in Transport and International Trades from Innovatis in Tunis. Additionally, I hold a Business English Degree from the Higher Institute of Applied Studies at the University of Tunis and a Baccalaureate in Arts from Ibn Roched Menzel Bourguiba, Bizerte, Tunisia. In terms of professional experience, my career has taken me through various roles, where I've honed my skills and knowledge. As a Customer Service Representative at Hewlett Packard Tunis, I excelled in responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, handling escalations, and managing warranty upgrades. My role allowed me to build and maintain strong customer relationships, especially in the EMEA Printing Team. In my previous position as an Executive Assistant at STEB in Menzel Bourguiba, I was responsible for phone prospecting, tracking import/export reservations, customs requests, and negotiations. I also managed quantitative control and time management tasks. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to step in as a temporary replacement for the Human Resources Manager and Accounting Assistant. Additionally, I completed a professional internship in volunteering and communication techniques sponsored by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and served as an English teacher and trainer in a private professional school, Espace Informatique et Gestion Bizerte. This experience involved creating tailored English courses for specific purposes. Furthermore, I gained valuable insight into international trade through internships at a Japanese company, YAZAKI Automotive Product, and a transit agency, SOCOTU in Bizerte. These experiences allowed me to work on customs declarations, extract customs vouchers and receipts, and explore investment opportunities in Tunisia while observing administrative processes. I posses strong IT skills, including proficiency in Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and CDAX. My communication skills are well-honed, developed through my professional experience and social activities. I am fluent in Arabic, proficient in both written and spoken French, and have a solid foundation in English, which aligns with my field of study.
