Performance marketing specialization to successfully & efficiently drive customer business objectives towards discovery, acquisition & re-engagement across the user life cycle. Established expertise in crafting and enabling go-to-market strategies, leveraging cross functional synergies to bring together, pilot and land operationally excellent projects. Building deep product expertise to set up & establish performance marketing teams, and then being their voice to fuel product design, development & automation has been a core area of strength for me. I enjoy setting & achieving higher benchmarks of product & service evolution by enabling & transforming teams to be centers of excellence. Leading, coaching and mentoring communities on product & career development have been some of my areas of passion. I am an active member of the women@India employee resource groups, and an engaged diversity, equity & inclusion evangelist. As a part of the Women in Product community, I helped launch the successfully proliferating India chapter of womenpm.org. Strong proponent & member of socially uplifting organizations like inbreakthrough.org. Deeply moved by the pace of climate change we are witnessing, I am passionate about acting and doing my bit to save our planet in the face of the biggest challenge for humanity is seeing today!
