I believe in teaching the content with a context, thus motivating students. I think interactive teaching is the only way in which higher cognitive faculties of students develop. Interactive teaching involves constant monitoring, reflecting on teaching, and involving students in the process of teaching and learning. The learning process thrives in a lively classroom making the learning becomes interesting and free of boredom. I believe in nurturing a spirit of research in my students, as such my policy is to keep my students busy in researching for the completion of assignments rather than giving them fully prepared solutions. The role of a teacher in the classroom is more of a facilitator and a supervisor.
