I worked for more than 25 years with a focus on Digital Transformation, I collaborated with medium and large teams to deliver some of Microsoft’s most complex enterprise solutions in Italy. This role provided me with a comprehensive understanding of how to orchestrate teams across the organization, gather information, collaborate on performance markers, and identify potential risks in partner accounts. My key responsibilities included the definition and implementation of new Governance and Sourcing strategies. These strategies were designed to help our customers as (order base on knowledge) INPS, INAIL Poste Italiane, ENI GL, Banca Monte Paschi, FSTech, ITALFERR, McKinsey, FCA, Mediolanum. transition to the cloud. This transition allowed them to achieve essential flexibility and efficiency while continuing to leverage their infrastructure development investments. Key Achievements: • Digital Transformation: Oversaw the entire life cycle of ICT projects and services, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients into the digital age. • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritized understanding customer needs from a business process perspective, speaking their language, and proposing the best ROI solutions. • Outsourcing: Successfully outsourced activities to partners (DGS, Eustema, Engineering, Almaviva, Avanade, Reply, etc.), maximizing the business value of their infrastructure based on our technology.
