I’m currently working as a Recruitment Coordinator & Resourcer at AJ Bell, supporting the In-house Recruitment Team to deliver a seamless, candidate-first recruitment experience. My role spans talent sourcing, recruitment operations, early careers engagement, and employer brand representation. I proactively search for candidates across a wide range of departments — including Customer Services, Operations, and Tech — ensuring no opportunity is missed to bring great talent into the business. I also lead on apprenticeship and internship recruitment, and coordinate AJ Bell’s presence at university careers fairs and early careers events. With a background in both agency and in-house recruitment, I bring a strong understanding of the full hiring process — from sourcing and screening, through to interview scheduling, onboarding, and offer management. Prior to joining AJ Bell, I specialised in IT & Digital recruitment for NHS clients at Adecco, delivering compliant, high-quality staffing solutions. I’m passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey. Whether I’m sourcing new talent, coordinating interviews, or guiding candidates through onboarding, I take pride in ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, timely, and professional.
