About Giacomo Capponi

Over the course of four years in the bartending industry, I have gained valuable experience and developed a deep understanding of mixology and customer service. Recognized for my dedication and skills, I earned a promotion to the position of Bar Supervisor at Glenlo Abbey Hotel within just one year. Throughout my journey, I have continuously refined my craft, striving to create delightful experiences for customers through expertly crafted cocktails. With a keen knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, I take pride in curating diverse menus that cater to a range of tastes. Customer satisfaction and positive feedback have been the driving forces behind my commitment to delivering high-quality beverages. As a Bar Supervisor, I embrace the opportunity to mentor and guide fellow bartenders, while also managing various operational aspects such as inventory and workflow optimization. I believe in creating a collaborative and supportive team environment, where everyone has the opportunity to grow and excel. Thriving under pressure and managing busy shifts with composure are skills I have developed over time. Resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring their satisfaction are among my top priorities. I am grateful for the experiences and challenges that have shaped me into a conscientious and adaptable professional.
