I am an ambitious, communicative and collaborative team player with problem-solving attitude, who feels energized by dealing with complex and challenging situations. I appreciate a structured and strategic approach to work on projects, which allows to identify the best and most valuable solutions. I hold a BA in International Development and Cooperation and an MSc in Economics and Market Policy from the University of Bologna. I have worked in consultancy between 2015 and 2020 focusing on Business Transformation, with a specific focus on Digital Transformation and the enhanced performances that can be unlocked, Change Management, Employee and Customer Experience across the Telecommunication and Financial Services industries. Having always believed in the power of Partnerships, I entered the pure Partnership Management environment in 2020 thanks to Cisco, where I worked as a Cloud Collaboration Partner Success Manager, working together with strategic partners for them to deliver on the promise of Cisco customer experience. Between March 2022 and 2024, I worked as a Partner Success Manager for MENAT and EMEA Central & South at Contentsquare, an AI-powered platform providing rich and contextual insight into customer / user behaviours, feelings and intents; enabling businesses to build empathy and creating lasting impact. Since April 2024 I work as a Partner Manager for EMEA and Asia at Elevar, the leading analytics and tracking platform built exclusively to help ensure direct-to-consumer brands on Shopify having a data foundation they can trust and scale with.
