I bring more than 18 years of experience. I have a wide experience in Internal Control System analysis and risk management activities and I've managed several internal audit co sourcing contracts for companies of various sizes and industries. I'm member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and holds the CRMA (Certification in Risk Management Assurance) and the CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner). Key experiences: Internal audit and risk management: enterprise risk management: support for the definition of the ERM process, function definitnion, detection and managementof risks; risk assessment: identification and assessment of risks associated with company activities; identification and evaluation of the controls in place aimed at mitigating the risks, gap analysis with respect to the expected controls, identification of the corrective actions; setting of audit plan; Operational, compliance and financial audit: management of audit activities for the analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, the reliability of accounting and financial data, compliance with regulations, procedures, etc. Compliance: Italian Decree 231/01 - Administrative liabilities of legal entities deriving from offences-(support for risk assessments, definition of control models, training)- Subject Matter Expert in PwC Risk Assurance; SoX, L. 262/05 - Legge sul risparmio (italian Savings Law), Loi de sécurité financière (LSF); GDPR – Assessment, gap analisys, definition and implementation of operating models, DPOs Supportin monitoring Laureato in economia e commercio ed in possesso di un master in Risk Management & Control, ho svolto negli ultimi anni numerosi progetti di risk assessment correlati con l’analisi del sistema di controllo interno e con il Dlgs 231/01 nonché con l’attività risk assessment, rilevazione dei processi disegno, implementazione e verifica del sistema di controllo interno in gruppi nazionali ed internazionali finalizzati anche alla conformità alla “Sarbanes Oxley Act” ed alla L. 262/05 (Legge sul risparmio).
