About Giada Gulla

I am a student of International Relations at Sapienza University of Rome, with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations. My academic journey has honed my expertise in economics and development policies, with a particular focus on sustainable development and development economics. During my undergraduate studies, I conducted a thesis research on the gender wage gap in the Italian labor market, highlighting the various aspects of this phenomenon and exploring potential solutions to achieve gender equality (UN Agenda Goal 5). This experience enhanced my analytical thinking and research skills, particularly in gender issues and economic policies. I have also completed an internship at a research institute specializing in youth policies (OCPG), where I managed the primary activities of social media, further developing my communication and digital skills. Currently, I am a Policy Analyst at Mondo Internazionale, where I analyze social and economic policies and write informative news articles. My role allows me to apply my knowledge in a practical setting and contribute to meaningful policy discussions.
