About Giada Pellicioli

My name is Giada Pellicioli, and I am passionate about foreign languages and cultures. I hold a diploma in languages from the "Giovanni Falcone" linguistic high school in Bergamo, and I am currently expanding my language skills by studying Arabic at the University of Trento, having already mastered English, German, and Spanish. Growing up bilingual, speaking both Italian and Albanian, has shaped my understanding of the power of communication and cultural diversity. What truly inspires me are the connections I make with people. I thrive on building meaningful relationships, believing that human connections are the foundation of both personal and professional growth. This passion has naturally led me to the field of human resources, where I can channel my desire to learn from diverse cultures and support individuals in achieving their best. In 2022, I gained valuable experience in the retail sector, working as a saleswoman for Victoria's Secret at OrioCenter. I then applied my interpersonal skills in a customer-facing role as a waitress and bartender at 'Caffè Italia' and 'Bottega del Caffe Dersut', two vibrant social hubs in Piazza Duomo, Trento. These experiences helped me understand the importance of creating positive environments where individuals feel valued. Parallel to my university studies, I am actively involved with JETN (Junior Enterprise Trento), where I hold the role of deputy-head of the human resources department. The dynamic nature of HR excites me, as it offers endless opportunities to learn and grow. My responsibilities span across competence mapping, team building, the 'buddy' program, and various training sessions. I am dedicated to fostering strong, positive relationships within the workplace, contributing to a space where people can connect, thrive, and grow together.
