Now working as Sales Analyst with a deep knowledge of product marketing, trend analysis and operations. Curious and creative approach to new trends and always ready to get involved for new challenges. In the last 15 years I work in the marketing & sales team and operations management team- As a Product Marketing Manager I helped create new products and offers, participated in new partnerships and carried out all activities in order to maximize sales- As member of the Operations Management Team I managed all activities around the customer care both traditional that newly introduced. I carry out reporting and statistics on the daily, monthly and annual basis of our customer care and our outsourcers and I perform analysis to ensure achieving the desired KPI. I help in the drafting of new procedures and processes and I organize training sessions in the classroom and through e-learning platform (Moodle).I take care of the planning of our suppliers in order to reach the sales KPIs set for our channel, I follow the final balances and the trend analysis. I created the bases and guidelines for our social team, helping to make our profile one of the most active among our competitors. Skills: experienced in Excel, SAP BO, Moodle. I believe that communicating effectively and to be able to mediate are some of the strengths of a good company and that's why I do my best every day to ensure an ongoing dialogue between all parties involved.
