About Gian Caligari

Having had over 30 years in the aircraft industry working from the shop floor up to Senior Management. I have gained experience in all sides of the industry and acquired an in-depth technical and commercial knowledge of Complex Projects, Aircraft Maintenance, MRO Services and Technical Systems. Being responsible for all onsite activities for the A220 project for Swiss, I interact with multiple departments C-Suite executives, Program Office, Contact Fulfilment and production. This has thrown up some incredible and fulfilling challenges. As the lead customer of a Clean Paper designed aircraft, there have been multiple unforeseen issues that have arisen, which have required a high level of problem-solving ability with a can-do attitude. One of my most important roles has always been to build an excellent team. My proudest moment is watching my team develop and grow into outstanding performers with my help and guidance while achieving our team goals of on time and under budget. The teams that I have developed can react to any situation placed before them, with the minimum disruption to an organization, either internally or with external companies.
