The greatest asset of a company is their employees and with a strong and impactful experience, employees are able to put in their best effort on a daily basis. One of the most important things in the current workplace is an employee’s perception in the company culture and I can help achieve this with a holistic approach to better onboarding, engagement, interactions, connections, development, programs and meaningful experience from training to exit. Using operational & experience data, a company’s core experiences with employees, customers and brand can be designed, measured and improved. Through feedback, technology and updated workspaces, I stay on top of employee pulse and manage employee experiences while keeping foundational pillars of the company involved and engaged. With rapid changes in demographics, talent shortage and economic conditions contributing to the overall employee experience, I champion a unique, inclusive and diverse workplace to keep a pulse on the employee experience and keep up with ever-changing trends. In this day in age, in order to retain and attract talent, employee experience should have proper emphasis on a personalized experience. With support from leadership, directors, managers and stakeholders, I help to make sure employees want to come into work with consideration to different views and opinions. Do we need to redecorate? More lighting? Better coffee? Upgraded tech? Work from home autonomy? New furniture? Sustainable office supplies? Hot desks? Frictionless processes? 360 reviews? Transportation options? These are a few of the experiences that can be improved, retuned and introduced to support the overall employee experience.
