Corporate Finance professional with over two decades of transaction experience both in Switzerland and internationally. Executed M&A and ECM transactions ranging in size from CHF 20 million to over CHF 1 billion in value. Experience in a broad range of industries including engineering, manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, building materials, aviation services, business services and technology. Before founding Conrad Advisory, Mr. Conrad was a Managing Director in Leonardo & Co.'s Zurich office, where he advised on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and provided financial advisory services. Prior to Leonardo & Co, Mr. Conrad worked in Sal. Oppenheim's corporate finance group, where he mainly focused on companies in the industrial and chemical sectors. Mr. Conrad holds a master's degree from the University of St. Gallen.
