ALL OUR BEST WE MAKE TO CREATE This is a mantra i have been following for most of this Entrepreneurial journey, which the road, the path, the Way, is only lit 200 ft in front of you with literally No visual going back.Yet in this business/path/journey which very few have blazed before you. Has suited me fine thus far. For those familiar with construction: One can Understand or assume it is built on the premise of team Tasks, effective completions and goals in certain a time frame not individual credits, efficiency and "blame"(Fixing the method or communication by which Effectiveness towards the task needs to be achieved to reach an end goal for the team/project aka the company) In other Words/Mantras/Séances-"I believe no one gets here to do (the task)Have the (Position) manifest(the privilege) by themselves, it is a team credit"-I just want to be apart of something bigger that will make an IMPACT.I was apart of-_"I am impatiently patient" so of course I like holding the Axe to Execute :)Yet I can reserve judgment, reason and restraint before a beheading of "important"information. Everyone that works for me should enjoy the MessengerPosition with Opinionated Perks, Vocal recognition by peers, and a ban on Headless outcomes:)_ I am not a fan of the ratio 2 to 1(TWO CHIEF PER INDIAN)-I can rally the troops to burn bridges yet I can Also rally them to put those fires out after crossing them. Going are separate ways, before turning up the volume, wandering to the next town as just another "Talking Head"-When it calls for the Occasional Meeting, Mixing, and Mingling I sprout my wings and keep up social relationswith all the others flapping away at the day to day and those still trying to form wings and manifest their dreams.
