I'm an expert in Human Resources field with consolidated experiences in building HR strategy and processes implementation across Europe in variety of sectors (IT, FMCG, energy, Oil & Gas). I carry strong track record in Executive coaching, leading change management projects, cultural integration, and employee’s engagement. Over the past 30 years I held several senior HR Leader positions at European and global level in complex and matrix organizations, where he got to know and experience People, Organization and Leadership. As an International HR Leader, I gained skills, competences and expertise in Human Resources, Change Management and in Leadership. He worked with VPs and Senior Leaders by coaching, supporting, and challenging organizational set up and their Leadership, helping to evaluate actions and strategic direction.
