I have a strong background in delivering positive change and transformation by managing complex, business-critical topics, projects and programmes at both national and regional level. I specialise in process optimisation and resource management. I have solid experience in Data Protection and GDPR files (asset register and impact assessments) and associated compliance reporting, Data Audit, completing Records of Processing Activities. As a leader, I have a reputation for engaging staff and providing training, coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities. I build high-performing teams that consistently achieve their objectives. I am a certified career counsellor and I won the 2nd place for the Best Design Thinking Project in Dec 2021 with a career development project. My priority is to deliver high quality, people focused services and solutions which increase people experience and engagement by leveraging best practice and embedding a culture of collaboration and being one-self.
