About Gianluca Bonfichi

Commercial pilot with extensive experience flying in Italy, adapted to handle various weather conditions, creative problem solver with a passion for mastering every detail of aviation and a keen interest in continuous learning. Trained in dense airspace, challenging weather, and high-pressure environments, I bring passion, adaptability, and problem-solving to Your team. I'm seeking my first role in aviation. Like for most pilots, airplanes and skies have always been my passion since I was a child but, sadly, at that time I had no enough economic resources to granting aviation studies and, afterwards, my first job allowed me only to care for family and my sons. I began my journey as a pilot obtaining my first license, however, to complete my training path I still had to wait until my guys grew up. And so, few years later, I had finally the opportunity to let my passion run, realizing my lifelong dream. Studying and working in parallel as a full-time employee has been a challenge, but as always, hard work pays off. Today, with more than two decades of experience in the electrical field, having initially worked as a technical and commercial assistant and, later, as an electrical designer, during which I have learnt how relevant it is team-playing and the importance of being customer-oriented, I can confidently state that I’m ready to transform my passion into a job. The feature that marks me the most is my commitment: in my life I have always felt a strong sense of duty. Moreover, my temperament permits me to fully accomplish all projects I put myself up to. In addition, I enjoy showing kindness by being helpful to others, aiding my community. Even though I’m a fussy person while dealing with myself, I’m very respectful and meticulous when it comes to others, thanks to my ability to form relationships. Although my experience in commercial flight operations is limited, my dedication to pursuing a career in aviation is steadfast, backed by a strong academic foundation and a keen focus on continuous learning. My training has equipped me with the fundamental skills required for a pilot role, from navigation and flight planning to safety compliance and emergency procedures, passing through effective CRM by working collaboratively, sharing tasks, making collective decisions and showing leadership, undergoing simulation training to prepare for real-world scenarios.
