About Gianluca Florio

As General Manager and Business Development Manager at T.EN, I oversee the operations, the engineering, and business development activities in CIS and Turkey regions. I have more than 18 years of experience in Energy, Petrochemical ang Oil and Gas industry. I lead an Operating Center of more than 80 professionals, delivering to our Clients high-quality engineering, procurement and construction supervision services and ensuring the safety, efficiency, and profitability of the projects executed. As General Manager I'm responsible for Operating Center workload, the definition of the developing strategy, hiring plan, financial assessment, proposal preparation and project execution. I am passionate about solving problems, enhancing performance, and fostering collaboration in a dynamic and challenging environment. As Business Development Manager my responsibility is to ensure the order intake, to maintain the relationship with the Clients and to scout the market for new business opportunity and new Clients. A key attribute is my ability to manage and lead people and have strong communication skills, with self-initiative, good decision-making qualities, assertiveness, ability to work in a team, and a good communication.
