Global Business Services Senior Consultant at IBM Italia SpA. I am involved in pre-sales activities and DMS, BPM and ECM projects mainly based on IBM FileNet platform. In the last 3 years I have obtain a stronger experience about the Case Management matter, in particularly with IBM Case Manager platform on which I obtained the certification "IBM Certified Solution Designer"(June 2017). Previous experiences: Since November 2010 to March 2013 I worked at ESA - European Space Agency (ESRIN site in Frascati (Rome)) for Capgemini Italia S.p.a, covering several roles: • Application Coordinator (maintenance and the evolution of ECM applications) • ECM Consultant (promoting new ECM solutions and/or services) • Project Manager (managing the ECM projects) Since September 2006 to June 2010 I worked as Project Manager/Team Leader at Comedata S.r.l. My work was aimed at managing project of DMS, ECM & BPM Since September 2002 to Agust 2006 I worked as Software Architect/Analist at Comedata S.r.l. My work was aimed at analyzing and implementing solutions of DMS, ECM & BPM. Since November 2001 to August 2002 I worked at A.T.S. S.p.a. as developer. Since September to January 2001 I worked at I.S.E.D. S.p.a. as developer.
