About Gianluca Togna

15 years of experience in multinational companies, gained expertise in different areas of Human Resources and Corporate Communication. In the Corporate Communication area, I gained experience in the strategic definition of corporate communication goals and in the management of all main internal and external communication tools. I also led specific projects on crisis communication and change management at international level, collaborating with European, American and Chinese colleagues. Since 2013 I am Member of CERC (Center of Employee Relations & Communication) at IULM University of Milan, run by Prof. Alessandra Mazzei. In 2020 and 2021 I was nominated by the IULM University in Milan as subject expert for the discipline of Corporate and Brand Communication (prof. A. Mazzei). I’m author of several publications at national and international level. In the Human Resources area, I gained experience in recruitment process and in defining employees’ engagement policies, including implementation of Corporate climate surveys also published on International journals. I have experience in organizational development and human potential assessment also through the submission on psychological tests. I have recently also been working in the field of Ethics & Compliance, focusing on topics such as: Code of Conduct deployment, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE & I) policies implementation, Company Values deployment. In October 2021 I was appointed as a member of the technical group “Produzione di Valore” in Farmindustria.
