About Gianluca Trucelli

I am a proactive Communication's student and customer-oriented retail professional with over five years of total experience. Starting as a Customer Service Representative only to moving forward to an elevated position as Team Leader has allowed me to develop and improve an extensive range of abilities at a very young age opening the doors to keep growing in very different areas with outstanding accomplishments. Working as a Medical Billing Agent has led me to achieve a great knowledge of the international billing process, especially from both the company and the consumer's point of view. Being able to focus on the Health care System from the US while at the same time being in charge of supervising an entire team dedicated to trend detection and problem-solving has been an essential part of my career and has allowed me to grow in the client-facing area. Having discovered a passion for Account Management and the Inbound Marketing world, my experience as a Project Manager and Client Onboarding Agent has set the tone for the rest of my career. On the other hand, my dedicated studies in terms of leadership and communications skills are just a couple of aspects to be named, as well as my current and ongoing studies in Communications, Advertising, and Online Marketing with a strong focus on Account Management, Media Planning and Product and Brand Management that round me up as a very dedicated professional.
