I interpret the Creative Director’s input and translate it into original embroidery concepts and artwork, which I create directly using graphic design software. I manage embroidery placement on patterns, develop technical specifications, and act as the key liaison with external suppliers. I personally oversee all phases of development: I brief suppliers, review and adjust their artworks, coordinate embroidery trials, and manage the production of patches and embroidered trims. I also define target costs and negotiate prices, ensuring alignment between creative vision, technical feasibility, and budget constraints. With over 10 years of experience, I serve as the sole point of reference for all embroidery-related matters in the collection development process — from concept to final product. As Senior Fashion Designer at DOLCE & GABBANA ALTA SARTORIA, I specialized in the design and development of all embroidered pieces within the collection and for exclusive private client projects. Skilled in both hand-drawing and Adobe Creative Suite, I combine creative sensibility with technical precision and a deep knowledge of high-end tailoring and craftsmanship. A strong background in Menswear and past experiences at IRIS VAN HERPEN, BALLANTYNE, MAISON FLANEUR, DOLCE & GABBANA MENSWEAR, brings over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Fashion Design and Embroidery.
