SFSU Alumna, BA Sociology, MN Marketing. I bring a diverse professional background that bridges customer service, digital marketing, and data strategy. Early experience in retail and food service built my foundation in communication, customer service, and teamwork. Transitioning into marketing, I became the first Digital Marketing Coordinator at an Oakland-based automotive group, collaborating with leadership, sales, and finance teams while managing campaigns for Kia, Ford, and Chevrolet. In this role, I gained hands-on experience across business development, marketing strategy, sales support, and finance operations. Currently, I work at H/L Agency on the Data & Innovation team, supporting accounts like Toyota. I specialize in providing data-driven insights that optimize campaign performance, inform strategic decision-making, and tell meaningful stories. At my core, I am a creative—through freelance illustration and design, I’ve partnered with small businesses to deliver branding and have created personalized artwork. I approach every project through a sociological lens, recognizing that meaningful connections—professional and personal—build perspective and long-standing relationships.
