I am a Manager with more than thirty years experience in the sectors of Modern Retail and Industry. My professional background was mainly based on Purchasing and Marketing skills, but I had the opportunity, in recent years, to add a quite solid experience in Sales as well. Now, I've got back to my initial activities and tasks, since I'm responsible for Procurement and Operations at EFFE EMME, the company that I joined in 2024. In order to achieve the assigned objectives, I have always counted on a strong sense of commitment as well as on involvement and motivation of everyone in the team. I would consider the following as the essential parts of my current profile:* Negotiating and purchasing;* Contracts;* Vendor Management,* Data and Market Analysis,* Business planning and all the other peculiar activities you usually practice to make things go well. To complete the picture, I would say I have acquired and tested, over the years, good communication and presentation abilities, which can occasionally be used for training purposes too.
