About Gianni Rapetti

An HR Professional with wide and deep expertise in HR Analytics, Systems, Processes and Reward areas. In my career I designed, implemented, streamlined and improved HR systems, processes and organisations, leading change and transformation projects -from compensation to payroll, from performance management to talent management, from recruitment to workforce planning and learning. With a process-oriented approach and sensitivity for the 'human factor', I successfully made the difference in roles as HR Systems & Compensation Manager, HR Operations/Shared Service Manager and HR Generalist. I gained my experience mainly in medium-sized companies, managing teams of up to 20 people, in international and multicultural environments in Italy, UK, Spain and Switzerland. In every position I bring my experience, energy, passion and care to direct reports development. My main soft skills are: problem solving, teamworking, clear communication. “Can do”, “make it happen” and “do more with less” are my attitudes, not only at work.
