I am an experienced finance professional and qualified accountant with almost 17 years of senior finance experience, holding C-suite positions as Group CFO and member of the Board of Directors. Throughout my career, I have developed a proven track record of operating as a talent accelerator. After working in a multinational insurance company, I gained significant experience operating within a matrix organization. I collaborated closely with Regional and Global corporate functions, including Controlling, FP & A, Tax, and Internal Audit, and worked alongside local senior management and institutional regulators, such as the Bank of Greece. In addition to my financial expertise, I have led organizational culture change programs and customer experience initiatives, as well as departmental restructuring projects. I have played an active role in business process analysis, working alongside local and Group IT teams, and contributed to new ERP roll-outs and cross-functional automation projects. These efforts have resulted in major achievements in cost optimization, operational efficiency, and profit margin improvements.
