I've always loved traveling, hospitality, and organizing events. Exploring new places and trying out new or creative ideas is something I truly enjoy. My time working with an island hopping agency, helping out at a bed and breakfast during my 6th months maternity leave in Oahu, Hawaii, and even my apple picking time during the 6 months I spent in New Zealand has been incredibly rewarding. It always puts a smile on my face to see people happy with what we've achieved together. Until today this has not changed. The experiences and connections I've made with people along the way have clearly guided me in the right direction. It's amazing how these interactions can shape our paths and enrich our lives I have been working at John Deere for more than 17 years now and I am passionate about what I'm doing. It is all about the people! A great team will achieve great results! I had the pleasure of being a member of several project teams over the years, like Walldorf Office Design, HR Employer Marketing Campaign, Agritechnica Fair Team, Dealer Bulletin Communications Team and Event Teams in European countries. It has never been boring. While AI can assist us in many ways, it is the connections we make and the compassion we show that define our experiences and relationships. A combination of Fun, Technology and Humanity is a healthy mix.
