About Gibran Ojeda

Software Engineer with over 4 years of experience in both backend and frontend development. Specialized in microservices architecture with Java, designing and implementing scalable solutions, securing APIs with Kong and F5, and setting up high availability environments using WildFly/Kubernetes and SQL Server/Oracle. On the frontend side, I’ve worked with Angular and Vue, building interfaces for fullstack projects. While I have experience in microfrontends, my main focus today is backend development and service architecture. I also have a strong background working with Linux servers, where I managed infrastructure and configured services like iRedMail and Postal for bulk email, including security protocols such as DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. Even though I currently use Windows due to software consulting work, I still rely on Linux terminal for managing servers and specific services. Additionally, I’ve worked with Python and pandas for data analysis, generating reports to support decision-making in areas like sales, inventory, and operations. I’m currently expanding my knowledge in data science, business intelligence, and cybersecurity, aiming to apply these skills to enhance the impact of the systems I develop. I enjoy collaborating, sharing knowledge, and taking on challenges that push me to keep growing, always focused on delivering real value in every project.
