With over three years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed a passion for providing top tier customer service, creating innovative beverage programs, and managing the operations of a busy bar. I am currently the Bar Manager at Burlington Country Club, where I oversee the inventory and ordering of all beverage products, bartend at a fast pace for a variety of events, and plan and support the tasks of many subordinate bartenders. I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can apply my skills and knowledge to enhance the members' and guests' experience, while also learning from my peers and mentors. In my current role, I have created seasonal cocktail programs and curated exceptional wine lists that reflect the tastes and preferences of the club's clientele. I have also established strong relationships with local distributors, ensuring the quality and availability of the products. Additionally, I have demonstrated my artistic and creative abilities by painting a large mural, directional, and menu signs for Four Quarters Brewing, a previous client of mine. I have also utilized my skills in memorization, food service, and client relations to greet and assist guests, respond to their inquiries and issues, and collaborate with a new team every event as a Production Assistant and Box Office Manager at ArtsRiot.
