Mechanical Engineer with Post Graduation in Tool Engineering from NTTF Bangalore has over 30 years of rich experience in Plastics Engineering & Manufacturing Industry, with a flair for Training in technical skills and soft skills. Operations Head of Mold-Masters India Ltd; one of the world-class HOT Runner Manufacturing Industry headquartered in Canada, was responsible for establishing and start up of their Manufacturing Operations in India. Had been the founding members of PERFECT MOULDS ( Now ARRK India) at Pune and been the integral part in the Development and Growth of company in the Engineering function & Setting up to be a World Class, Hi-Tech Plastic Mold making facility for automotive products. Extensively traveled across the world for Business Development, Technology Evaluation, Joint Venture discussions and new product developments. As Sr.General Manager of NTTF, responsible for continuous improvement in the educational standards in line with the technology to produce well trained products ably suited for the industry at any given time. Development of newer avenues for training - External and Corporate training, setting up Quality standards for education and Certification, curriculum review and infrastructure improvements for outcome based hands on training to meet Industry needs Strengths: General Management, Plastics and Product Design Engineering & Project Management.
