There are two notable highlights to my career, in terms of delivering exceptional value, the first was to reposition the Muller Milk More business unit into a standalone ecommerce proposition by the development of a new integrated end to end solution including the B2B & B2C O2C process capturing demand through EDI and an online portal at Muller to create a simplified operating model. The second relates to a carve out and stand up of the Scholl Wellness Company following a brand acquisition by Yellow Wood where I developed a TOM and future business process for the supply chain, marketing, and sales functions.
